James Hamilton is a Financial Professional and Certified Financial Fiduciary® committed to empowering clients to make informed decisions that align with their financial and retirement goals. The foundational premise of his business model is building strong, professional relationships where informed clients execute plans to preserve accumulated assets in a safe growth environment.
In addition to leading workshops and seminars for his own clients, James also spends much of his time traveling the country and training other financial strategists to do the same for their clientele. He has authored two Amazon best-selling books, is a motivational speaker and business consultant. Before James dedicated his time to the financial services industry, he served nearly a decade in the United States Army, including 3 tours of duty during active military conflict where he was responsible for the safety of his troops. It was in leading his military team that James developed and grew his leadership capabilities which now are in high demand in the financial industry. He leads a team of financial advisors dedicated to putting clients in the best position to win.

Renée Parris is a Certified Financial Fiduciary®, Financial Strategist and Business Coach specializing in holistic, personalized retirement plans for clients of Forecast Financial Group. Her core philosophy is that every consumer deserves to be empowered through relevant financial education. Based on their current assets and future goals, she collaborates with individuals to navigate the uncharted waters of their financial future by positioning their portfolios to withstand potential storms that may threaten their financial future.
Renée is a thought leader and works closely with each member of our team to oversee the implementation of client-centric strategies. Her ability to listen and develop plans for our client’s needs is a strong addition to the daily operations of our firm. Because each stage of life requires different strategies when it comes to financial success, she is committed to being actively involved in the ongoing educational resources we make available to consumers.
As a lifelong learner, Renée is constantly researching new strategies and challenging traditional ways of planning to ensure our clients get relevant and timely information for today’s financial climate.
Drawing upon her decades of entrepreneurial, corporate and non-profit management experience, Renée is able to easily relate to clients from all walks of life and career experiences. Getting to know our clients, their financial goals and collaborating on a plan to help position the individual's assets to achieve those goals is the driving force behind Renée being sought after as a coach, financial educator and non-profit consultant. She is an approved financial education instructor, seminar presenter, author and frequent radio show guest.
